Lauren Nicole Parlette
Lauren Nicole is a Project Manager and Chief of Staff in the aerospace industry by profession, but a legacy builder at heart. With over a decade of experience leading high-performing teams and complex initiatives, she's always been drawn to service and systems that make things better. But it wasn’t until she discovered multifamily real estate that she realized she could use those same skills to build something more powerful — generational wealth with a purpose.
She first became interested in multifamily investing as a way to build a better future for her own family. As the oldest of her 4 younger siblings and a proud aunt to 12 nieces and nephews, legacy and generational impact have always been close to her heart. But what started as a desire to create a better future for my own family quickly grew into a mission to invest differently — one that uplifts renters, protects culture, and empowers communities while delivering returns for values-driven investors. She believes multifamily real estate can be a powerful vehicle not just for financial growth — but for community preservation, dignity, and shared abundance.
Lauren's commitment to legacy and equity is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Originally from Laurel, Maryland, she was raised by her parents and grandparents who instilled in her a deep sense of responsibility, resilience, and the importance of hard work. Growing up in a predominantly Black church and elementary school gave her a profound appreciation for the culture, community, and the importance of collective uplift. Later, she attended Howard University — an experience that further solidified her passion for empowering Black communities and building wealth in ways that honor and protect the people and places we invest in. Through RUPA Legacy Investments, she’s building something rare — an investment company where purpose, people, and profit come together to help us all rise together. By using her professional skills and a heart-led approach to real estate, she is excited to help others build a legacy where they don't have to choose between investing in their financial future or investing in the community — we can do both :) In her free time, she’s the heartbeat behind a growing global love movement, rooted in the belief that making the world a better place by spreading love is the most powerful legacy of all. Her heart is full when she is the "Tickle Monster" to her 12 nieces and nephews, dancing with her baby sister, having deep conversations with her friends and family, at Trader Joe’s, smelling the flowers, or traveling the world.
